Course Description:
The first couple of days of this course cover the skills we teach in our Telemarking: The Essentials course. The remaining three days are devoted to honing your telemark on classic tours.

Based upon snow conditions and your skills, we'll select tours that will challenge your skiing ability and offer situations where your new skills can be leveraged. Like all of our skiing programs, we want you to learn as much as possible but we also want you to experience the fabulous skiing destinations the Adirondacks have in abundance.

If you've done some backcountry skiing and you have good downhill control using the snowplow (wedge) you’re ready to add the telemark to your backcountry retertoire and discover the great available in the Adirondack backcountry!
